Swarnima Bhattacharya
Swarnima Bhattacharya is the Founder of Thea, a digital ecosystem for women's health, and the Curator of FemmeCon, India's first women's health festival. She is an AstraZeneca Young Health Scholar, and was part of the Youth Advisory Board for Unilever's "Self-Esteem Project" which focuses on adolescent body image. Thea has impacted the lives of 100,000 women & families since its inception, by providing rights-based healthcare services. Swarnima is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She is also serving as Senior Advisor at the Sophie Fellowship, an initiative to make STEM Education gender-inclusive in India. Swarnima has published widely on Gender & Health including World Economic Forum's "Agenda", and Simon & Schuster.
Siddhartha Dutta
Dr Siddhartha Dutta is a Healthcare consultant who has been working across markets in APAC for the last 22 years. He is passionate about promoting “Femtech” and female health and equally concerned about the slow growth in the region. A medical microbiologist by background, Dr Dutta has been practicing microbiology in some of the world's largest tertiary care centres in India and the US. He has been working in the consulting industry since 2007 and has been associated with firms such as Frost and Sullivan Johor Bahru, Markets and Markets India and currently works on healthcare data analytics at SG Analytics. He has been helping Femtech startups with market access, CI and funding since 2020.

Rung Satchatippavarn
Rung is a period activist, women’s health advocate, and Femtech entrepreneur in Thailand. She founded “ira”, a startup that invented the most biodegradable, comfortable, and organic sanitary pads in Southeast Asia. Rung has made sure that ira offers more than just products, but also acts as a movement that provides menstrual education, battles misinformation, and takes action against period poverty. Rung has led multiple "ira for all" initiatives to provide sanitary pads to those in need within Thailand and its neighbouring countries. She has worked with both private and public sectors to outline and implement new policies surrounding period products and menstrual education as well as welfare schemes that achieve gender equality. Through ira's novel products, technology and initiatives, Rung makes her voice heard and takes real action in the fight for period rights throughout Asia.

Jasmine George, Founder
Jasmine is a lawyer turned entrepreneur, who has been working on issues of women's sexual and reproductive health in India and South Asia for last 7 years. She is on boards of various Non Profits in India and advisor to funds in the US. She has been a speaker at TEDx and Aspen Ideas Festival.
Harpreet Kaur
Dr Harpreet Kaur is a Business and Human Rights Specialist at the UNDP’s Regional Bureau of Asia and the Pacific, where she oversees a regional project aiming to promote responsible business practices through partnerships in Asia. She provides technical and advisory support to governments and businesses on mitigating and addressing human rights risks and impacts in their operations and supply chains. In her previous capacities, Harpreet steered the Women, Workplace & Rights agenda and designed cutting-edge programs that enabled women to lead with equality and dignity. She led research and programmes addressing discrimination, gender bias, stereotypes, and violence against women in society and workplaces. Harpreet serves as a Council Member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Human Rights. Harpreet has presented at various national, regional and international forums and published both in national & international media.
Haley Gahan
Haley Gahan (Principal at Recharge Capital): Haley is an investor at Recharge Capital where she focuses primarily on investment opportunities and business applications within the women’s healthcare space and the healthcare space broadly. Prior to Recharge, Haley was most recently at Orkila Capital, a consumer growth equity firm, where she focused on market research, deal execution, and portfolio company operations. Haley holds a BA from Amherst College and a MA in Art Business from the Sotheby's Institute of Art.
Guadalupe Lazaro
Guadalupe Lazaro is the co-founder of Ease – a fast-growing venture-backed digital health ecosystem improving access to women’s health in Asia. Guadalupe studied Anthropology with a focus on gender and sexuality studies at Yale-NUS College in Singapore and has volunteered throughout her life at various organisations such as Amnesty International in campaigns relating to sexual & reproductive rights.
At the age of 22 and inspired by personal experiences facing barriers when accessing women’s health services like contraception in Singapore, she decided to start Ease with her co-founder to make women’s health more convenient, affordable and discreet. Since then, Ease has nurtured a community of over 80,000 women, has developed the most comprehensive women's health app in the market, has successfully closed a USD$1.3M seed round (the largest for any Femtech startup in SouthEast Asia) and has been featured in numerous publications including Forbes, TODAY, CNA, The Straits Times, Elle & The Business Times. Ease has also been recognised in the Forbes Asia “100 to Watch” list as one of the top healthcare startups in Asia and Guadalupe has been featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list of 2022.
