Anne Kitchen
Anne is a Senior Accelerator Program Manager at Target. Graduate of the Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Anne joined Target in 2015 and has held roles in Merchandising, Supply Chain and most recently Target Accelerators. Anne is dedicated to entrepreneurship and giving access to those who are challenging the norm and pursuing their passions. She has the opportunity to do this daily through her work on the Target Takeoff program, which brings brands to life on shelves at Target. Anne has an energetic dog, Keegan, and a dramatic cat, Costello at home.
Adhithi Aji
Adhithi Aji has a background in product management and has been part of R&D teams in automotive and telecom industries where she was instrumental in commercializing cutting-edge research technologies. She took her passion for technology and most recently founded Adrich, an IOT consumer insights company that helps brands and retailers better understand consumer needs with product usage data. She holds a Masters in Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA specializing in supply chain management.
